    A. When choose rubber hose, please pay attention to followings:
    Working environment: temperature, humidity, and the materials connected with
    Transported materials: liquid, gas, solid or mixture
    Transporting method: under pressure; under vacuum
    Working condition: pressure and temperature of the transported materials; use frequency; impulse or vibration
    Installation: degree of bending; vibration of system; risk of damaged caused by hitting and friction; right connecting mode
     
    B. Items will reduce life of rubber hose:
    a. Make the bend radius smaller than min bend radius
    b. Twist, stretching, press or corrode
    c. Use when exceed max working temperature or low than min working temperature
    d. Use when exceed impulse pressure of max working pressure
    e. Quality of fitting and assembling do not reach to standard
     
    C. Requirement for using rubber hose:
    a. Pressure (including impulse pressure) filled into the rubber hose should not be exceeded max working pressure
    b. Please do not use the rubber hose under temperature not stipulated or suggested (including transported material’s temperature and environment temperature)
    c. Please do not use the rubber hose when bend radius small than the min bend radis stipulated or suggested, otherwise it will block materials passing to reduce the rubber hose using life. Please prevent twisting or warping rubber hose in connection parts, otherwise rubber hose reinforcement will be damaged.
    d. Please do not make rubber hose work under twisting
    e. Edge of rubber hose fitting should be smooth. Size of assemblies should be right.
    f. Please regularly check rubber hose in using and change if necessary
