  • Using Skills For Hydraulic Hose
    Hydraulic hose is mainly used in oil industry and coal industry. Hydraulic hose is different with other rubber hose. Flowing we share some using shills for hydraulic hose:
     
    When install hydraulic hose, do not connect it with other rubber hose to prevent abrasion. In the place which must connect hydraulic hose with other rubber hose or machinery’s face, please adopt hydraulic hose clip or spring etc. protecting devices.
     
    When bend hydraulic hose, please avoid a sudden bending, the bending radius should be R≥(9~10)D (D is hydraulic hose’s external diameter). From joint to place starting bending, direct line should be over than 6 times of hydraulic hose’s external diameter.
     
    When connect hydraulic hose, please avoid tensioning while left some space/length. Even if there is no relative motion, also please keep hydraulic hose in loose condition.
