    There are many emergency repair methods for hydraulic hose, here QIJUN Industry introduce 4 types. Hope they can give help you.
     
    1.       Adhesive patches method
    When hydraulic hose broke down in hydraulic system with pressure 25-80Mpa, you can choose adhesive patches method. First clean rupture and then smear anaerobic adhesive, epoxy resin adhesive, 801 adhesive or 502 adhesive (Just need to choose one type; smear 2-3 times of rupture’s length). Next step use rubberized fabric or canvas strap wind smeared place 4-5 layer in laminated type (note to smear adhesive on each layer). Make two ends of rubberized fabric or canvas strap firm knots. Wait for 15-20 min and then you can use the hydraulic hose again.
     
    2.       Bundling method
    When hydraulic hose broke down in hydraulic system with pressure under 16Mpa, you can choose bundling method. Details: choose one type above adhesive (usually used in construction machinery) and smear it on rupture. Then use oil-resistant rubber scrap with 2-3 times of rupture’s width wind smeared place 2-3 layers (note to smear adhesive on each layer). Next step use No. 12 iron wire bundle them. After well solidification, you can use the hydraulic hose again.
