    Hydraulic hose connection method will directly affect user experience, so choose proper connection method is very important.
    Generally speaking, there are 3 methods: threaded connection, flange connection and clamp connection.
    Based on condition of using the hydraulic hose, working environment and user’s special requirement, it is necessary to choose proper hydraulic hose structure and design. So hydraulic hose connection method and fittings are more important for user.
    Coupling blank, coupling semi-manufacture, coupling with threaded and connecting hose with internal threaded (exclude oil hose with whole fitting and straight-line casing hose) to separate hydraulic hose and pure rubber hose. Connection method is also decided by raw material of hydraulic hose.
    In accordance with different specification, structure and working pressure, choose proper reinforcement, calculate and then determine pressure resistance value of hydraulic hose. For example, inner tube is innermost layer, it must go through with a special tie to meet using condition, resistant chemical and physical action of its transported materials. Different reinforcement materials decide to choose different connection method.
