Points To Note Hydraulic Hose Used In Construction Machinery
Following are points we summarized which need to pay attention on hydraulic hose used in construction machinery:
1.       Hydraulic hose will be reduce life greatly in high temperature working environment. So please make hydraulic hose far away from the heat source; at a pinch, please adopt installing casing tube or insulating panel.

2.       Do not install hydraulic hose in contact with other hose or pipe to avoid wear rupture. If must connect with other hose/pipe, or connect with machinery surfaces (where produce friction), it is better to use hydraulic hose clip or spring etc protection devices

3.       Please avoid to sharply bend hydraulic hose; the bending radius R ≥ (9 ~ 10) D (D hose outside diameter). Straight line between connector and bending start place should be six times bigger than diameter of hydraulic hose

4.       Please avoid strain hydraulic hose while left some space. Even if there is no relative movement for two ends of the hydraulic hose, also please keep hydraulic hose proper loosen. Working in pressure, the length and diameter will produce change, so tense hydraulic hose is more easily damaged

5.       During installation, please avoid twist hydraulic hose. Even though there is a little twist on hydraulic hose, it also will reduce its strength or make it separate with connector

6.       Bending part of hydraulic hose and its connector should be installed in same plane surface. In special situation, two ends of hydraulic hose stay in different plane surfaces, please install clips in proper places to make sure each part stays in one plane surface

7.       Please check and replace hydraulic hose in key points of construction machinery
