Based on different manufacturing process, hydraulic hose is divided 2 types: wire spiral hydraulic hose and wire braided hydraulic hose.
Construction for wire spiral hydraulic hose includes inner tube, reinforcement, four-layer or multi-layer reinforcement with wire spiral and outside rubber cover.
Construction for wire braided hydraulic hose includes oil resistant synthetic rubber inner tube, middle rubber layer, I,II,IIIlayer reinforcement and oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber cover.
1.       For wire spiral hydraulic hose, steel wire is in netlike; for wire braided hydraulic hose, steel wire is in helical
2.       For wire spiral hydraulic hose, number of reinforcement layer must be even number, because it must deasil spiral one layer and then widdershins spiral one layer; for wire braided hydraulic hose, number if reinforcement layer can be odd number
3.       Same number reinforcement layer, wire spiral hydraulic hose can be undertake more pressure than wire braided hydraulic hose

There are 2 types metal hose: spiral corrugated metal hose and annular corrugated metal hose.
Spiral corrugated metal hose is with corrugation arranged in spiral. There is a helix angle between two adjacent corrugation. All corrugation can converge by a helix line.
Connecting method for metal hose:
By flange; by screw thread; by quick coupling and hydraulic hose does not adopt these.
Small diameter metal hose adopts screw or quick coupling to connect; big diameter metal hose adopts flange to connect.
