  • How To Pack High Pressure Hose
    How to pack high pressure hose? There are two main items: mark and package.
    Regarding mark:
    High pressure hose should have a clear and permanent mark and choose following contents according to different types:
    1.       Name of manufacturer or logo; name of product
    2.       Standard cord; high pressure hose specifications; high pressure hose type
    3.       Date of manufacture
    4.       For high pressure hose used to transport special material (like oil, acid and alkali liquid, high-pressure steam etc.), make sure the mark does not fall off because of touching those materials
     
    Regarding package:
    1.       General requirement
    Packing material and packing method are decided by specific standard of high pressure hose. Two ends of high pressure hose and assembly should be sealed. In carrying and transporting process, contaminants are easily go into high pressure hose. Flange hose joint should adopt disc with diameter bigger than flange’s; external screw hose joint should adopt screw protection device or other proper method.
     
    2.       Flat package
    High pressure hose with inner over than 76 mm or short high pressure hose and assembly can adopt flat package. There should have proper gripper belts in final outside package to make sure high pressure hose flat during carrying
     
    3.       Roll package
    High pressure hose with inner less than 76 mm or long high pressure hose and assembly can adopt roll package. Inner of the roll should be not less than 15 times of high pressure hose’s inner diameter or 2 times of high pressure hose’s minimum bending radius
